A self-sustaining egg production co-op that funds scout scholarships while feeding communities.
“Teach a youth to farm, and they will feed a village.”
This is enterprise with purpose. Our poultry co-op will produce eggs for community consumption while generating revenue to fund scout scholarships and nutrition programs. Youth manage every aspect—breed selection, housing construction, feed formulation, health monitoring, and sales logistics.
We're designing a model that other scout troops can replicate. Standardized coop blueprints, training manuals, and financial templates will be open-sourced to the scouting community.
